Freez*Inc eschews the conventional ethos regarding the business of extending and remodelling. We look at the future exit values, the minimum expenditure and combine these with contemporary practices and building techniques. 

 We consider very carefully how a modern family operates, with centralised living and the 'private suite' approach, rather than the number of bedrooms. We understand the individual who requires privacy and ultimate luxury. Each design project & delivery is undertaken specifically for the discerning individuals needs, whilst bucking the trend to conform to conservative compromises.

Freez*Inc is a formidable design & delivery force throughout the world. Currently engaged within ultra exclusive, private residential in the Middle East, Caribbean and London, Freeze Inc are also head long into developing an exclusive technical sports activity, within the world of premiership football, as well as various blue chip clubs within the US.

As well as creating uber exclusive hotels and restaurants the world over, Freez*Inc have developed mega projects in association with the MOBH Group, Dubai. Incredible mega e sports destinations throughout the Middle East and coastal town developments in Italy. Our recent project deliveries include the FIFA Qatar World Cup design direction for pop up hotels, floating luxury pontoons and logistical vehicles, to be repurposed as part of the post event legacy.

The Freeze*Inc collective group of specialists, include international structural engineers, quantity surveyors, project management and a vast network of interior furnishing suppliers. However, should anything be problematic to resource, we have a fantastic wealth of manufacturers to build specific pieces, which makes the delivery experience just that little bit more special.

Freez*Inc will take an idea from inception, all the way through to completion hand over, all the way down to the most exclusive hand-made soap in the shower, to the finest thread count Egyptian cotton on the beds. Architecture, interiors, furnishings, fine finishes, branding and lifestyle elevation is our wheelhouse. Together with our cross-linked delivery partners, within the construction, procurement, project management / delivery and manufacturing industry, Freez*Inc can make the unimaginable a reality.
